The Process
At Ventus Restoration, we utilize a meticulous 3 step process to ensure factory like results
(1) Site Prep & Oxidation Removal
Each headlight is carefully traced with high quality painters tape to ensure no possible chance of vehicle damage.
We then use our in house oxidation liquid to remove any surface level yellowing
(2) Optical Refinement
Utilizing different levels of grit, we use our sanding tools to refine to a microscopic smoothness. This removes all signs of yellowing, scratches, and other damages to the headlights
We take all the safety precautions here to ensure no damage
(3) Ceramic Bond
Lastly we utilize our premium ceramic coating. Unlike waxes or sprays, this creates a premanaaent molecular bond with the polycarbonate plastic.
Once cured, the coating provides a hard shelled barrier and UV protection so good, that we can offer a limited warranty against re-yellowing
